Overview
Introduction
confiqure.ai is a Conversational Configuration as a Service platform. You annotate your configuration classes once. Your users configure them by talking to an AI chat widget. You never build a settings screen again.
How it works
Three steps from a plain Java class to a live user-facing configuration UI.
Annotate your configuration class
Add @Confiqure.Setting to your class and plain-language comments to each field. confiqure.ai reads the comments to understand what to ask the user.
@Confiqure.Setting
public class NotificationPreferences {
// Which channels should receive alerts?
private List<Channel> channels;
// How often should digest emails be sent?
private Frequency digestFrequency;
// What is the minimum severity to trigger an alert?
private Severity minSeverity;
}Push to generate a live endpoint
Run confiqure push from your project root. The CLI uploads your annotated schema and returns a live endpoint URL in seconds.
$ confiqure push
✓ Uploading schema NotificationPreferences
✓ Generating endpoint done in 2.1s

status liveEmbed the chat widget
Mint a short-lived embed token server-side (scoped to one end-user), then hand it to the @confiqure/embed loader on your settings page. When the user finishes, your backend receives a typed callback carrying the finalized record keys — fetch and provision. Full flow in the Embed Token & SDK reference.

confiqure.init({ target: '#chat-panel', token: embedToken })
